Welcome to EPF!

Welcome to the websites of Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF)! EPF is the local, legacy institution of Eurasia Foundation in the South Caucasus. With an office registered in Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia, EPF will inherit the key resources that have made Eurasia Foundation a leading innovator in civil society development. The Foundation’s new governance structure and mandate areas will renew our grass-roots emphasis on supporting local stakeholders to drive positive social change. Although many things have changed, the core work of the Foundation in strengthening civil society through grants and targeted operating programs will remain the same.

EFP was launched on November 14 when the Board of Trustees approved the charter and bylaws of the Foundation. On February 1, 2008 EPF will begin full operations as a local organization.
